Edward S. Owens, 80, Indianapolis, IN died on Friday October 23, 2015 in the company of family. Born and raised in Jackson Heights, NY, Ed attended Blessed Sacrament Elementary, Xavier High School and Fordham University, graduating in 1956. Following military service in the army, Ed enjoyed a 30 year career in computer programming that started at IBM and ended at the International Monetary Fund.  He was a talented amateur photographer. In 1967 Ed married his cherished wife Mary. They spent 42 wonderful years together traveling, listening to classical music and drinking fine wines. Mary remained in his heart and on his mind since her death in 2009. A devout Catholic and recent initiate into the Knights of Columbus, Ed’s preference for memorial contributions is: St Vincent de Paul Society, St. William Catholic Church, 750 Seagate Drive, Naples, FL 34103
